No, this isn’t about a political scandal.
1) I don’t know about the rest of the country; but election is in full swing here in Texas. I sure wish that it would be illegal to put more than one sign for a candidate on public property. I’m getting a little tired of all the signs. Fouruk must be proud of his supporters though….
And what is with none of the Governor candidates saying what party they belong to in their ads. Seriously! I want to know if you are Rep or a Dem. I need to know.
2)I have a rewards bank account. And I just recently found out that I had enough points to get a $50 gift certificate from Amazon! $50! Awesome. I’ve been wanting to get a white bedspread for my bed. I’ve been waffling between how to decorate my room for awhile now. I finally decided that I am going to just embrace the white walls and go white….white…white. And using the gerber daisies (as seen on my front page) and other bright items to give a hint of color. That way when the mood strikes; if I want to replace the theme with say brown and blue pillows… I can. So today I got the certificate. Now I get to go shopping.
And this concludes my first blog post in quite awhile…..
ETA 30 minutes later – looks like I won’t be buying a comforter from Amazon. All the ones I am finding have some very bad reviews 
Sorry about the campaigning — but I imagine it’ll be worse in November… As far as $50 on amazon, as my boy says, “possibilities!” Hope you can find a nice bed cover.
No, I doubt it- because right now there are no lesson that half a dozen primary candidates for the Republican bid and un sure about how many Democrats (oddly enough very few of the candidates are actually listing the party affiliation in their ads!) Hahahahahaha.
By November it should just be two.
